Arrived really late, room had no hot water, that couldn’t be fixed. So after a days travel had to go to sleep without a shower. Was never offered to move rooms. I inquired the following morning and was given a different room. New room had bad curtains that were uneven and didn’t close properly and a phone that was not working so I couldn’t connect to the front desk or room service. Great breakfast buffet and helpful front desk agents. Lobby bar attendants not attentive, had to initiate contact.

The staff at the check-in counter was terrible. No consideration for the guest, unless you were part of a large group. They only had time and attention for large groups. Also, the room they originally gave me was completely in shambles. It had no working air conditioner, room safe, telephone or tv, no hot water, and smelled of cigarette. The room they changed me to, after I complained for one-full day, calling non-stop for them to pay attention to me, looked fine until it started raining at nighttime outside. Then a water leak the size of a waterfall started to drip on the room's main window. I was leaving the facility the very next day, and so it made no sense to request a room change, but I let the staff know how terrible I had been treated and the terrible conditions of their rooms.

There is a cent of mildew in the rooms first I had a renovated home with two beds, but my preference was king size. Then the front desk upgrade me to a king size bed suite room the presentation was nice with the room that they smell without the AC running for a while, the smell doesn’t go away

The check-in process was delayed by 2 hours. Unfortunately, the room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. To my further surprise, there was no hot water. The staff was friendly, but the service was poor, and the hotel rooms are not clean.

Well I felt like I was not treated as a paying person, room service was not the best, my room was cleaned 2 times in 5 day even after an upgrade. I was charged 90 dollars extra for using the little snack freezer items. All these should have been included in the price of the reservation.The staff as well as many of the employee were rude at times.There were part of the dinning room that I was not permited to sit, but other patrons after us did seat there. And I was never asked if I needed an umbrella not to get wet went going to my vehicle in the parking lot. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or relatives. The people of Domican Republic are among the nicest people in the caribbean, I love the island, but this Hotel is off my list of places were to stay..
