This place is just magical. Quiet with stunning views wherever you look. Staff very accommodating, booked me a ferry shuttle to Santorini Port. My ferry wasn’t until 2pm, so they allowed me to checkout at 11am, store my luggage and then wait in the lounge area until it was time to leave. I could have even used the pool and amenities during this time The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of food served directly to your table. Swimming pool has stunning views of the caldera. Porters available on request to help with luggage and the many stairs as there is no elevated (would spoil the vibe this hotel creates). I would absolutely recommend this hotel, hopefully I can return one day. Worth every cent paid

We stayed for 4 nights on the pool level. Amazing views of the Caldera from the room. Comfy bed and clean room. Close to shops and restaurants in Firostefani. About a 15-20 minute walk to the main town of Fira. We loved our stay and would stay again!

We had the Superior Suite - Garden, it was lovely. Large and spacious with modern decor. Looked quite new in terms of build. Restaurant closes early but you're so close to Fira town, there's many options. Fira centre is a 15 minute walk. Pool area is okay, nothing super luxe. However, views are fantastic.

The view & proximity to Fira are amazing, the reception staff were very nice as well. The room is very small, barely enough space to walk around the bed if you have multiple luggage’s, no common area either. No restaurant on the property, the complimentary breakfast was very mediocre & if you wanted more than a bread basket & cheese plate you’d have to purchase. They do not offer any accommodations, we arrived slightly earlier than check in time & were not allowed to check in to our room until 3p, we also had a pick up a couple hours after check out time & they could not offer any flexibility for a late checkout. Not even complimentary water was available in our room. The pool is also very small. Overall we wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Disappointments; Considering $400 room… No access to ice for drinks No land line for local calls Breakfast is served in a small dark cave like room and we were not allowed to take our breakfast tray to our room where we could enjoy the food. This was definitely one of the best rooms we have ever had at a hotel ever. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Vanessa who helped us plan our full itinerary in just a few minutes with excellent recommendations. The view of the volcano in the caldera room was out of this world and our private tub made the views even more magical. Ira was walking distance from almost everything. Best stay ever.
