The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

O recepcionista de sexta é o mesmo que atendeu a gente hj. Excelente. O quarto foi trocado, ficamos no 1° andar, nem parece que é o mesmo hotel. Muito diferente do 4° andar.

Conservação péssima, tinha cabelo por todo o quarto, no chão, na roupa de cama. O banheiro está com um vazamento grande no vaso, água do chuveiro não esquenta.

Tenebroso, péssimo, lençóis/toalhas/cobertas ruins, colchão velho, ficou um buraco onde eu e meu esposo deitamos, ar/exaustor imundos e velhos, cortina menor que a janela, deixando tudo claro. Tive q pedir edredom duas vezes, somos um casal e inicialmente foi dada uma coberta apenas, de pelos, mt antiga, pedi um edredom na recepção pois temos alergia e me deram um de solteiro, no outro dia precisei pedir outro (em duas pessoas, era pra revezar o edredom?)… tive q pedir também tapete pro banheiro, pra n inundar tudo, e toalha de rosto, q no caso nem tinham pra oferecer, me deram uma toalha de banho pra usar como de rosto. O banheiro n tinha janela, só um mini exaustor que n funcionava pois estava entupido de poeira, n tinha onde colocar shampoo e nem onde estender as toalhas pra secar. Papel higiênico mais fino q um fio de cabelo e duro, precisei sair comprar um melhor, sem condições de utilizar. Torneira do banheiro com vazamento, n parava de pingar por mais apertada q estivesse. Café da manha escasso, n tinha praticamente nada, também tomei cafe fora todos os outros dias, o cafe em si de péssima qualidade, parecia um piche queimado, ovos frios, pão murcho. A porta da garagem fica na outra rua e tem que tocar uma campainha pra abrirem o portão la da recepção, mas as vezes ninguém abre e ficamos com o carro la na rua esperando a boa vontade, rodeados de mendigos, correndo perigo, precisei, inclusive, descer e ir a pe ate a recepção na outra rua pedir pra abrirem um dia

O que mais me deixou triste, foi a qualidade da cama, nosso quarto era uma de casal e duas de solteiro, pareciam uma canoa, como ficamos só uma noite tudo bem, agora se tivesse que dormir mais de uma certamente teriamos dor nas costas, era fácil sentir as molas nas costas. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem uma sanduicheira.

Bom custo benefício para descansar

Hotel antigo, bem localizado, as áreas comuns estão mais preservadas que o quarto. Limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Cama de molas confortáveis. Elevador limpo e eficiente, café da manhã bom mas demora para reposição de alimentos. Não vi pão de queijo, estacionamento apertado mas atende bem. A região em torno do hotel é central e por isso alguns moradores de rua no entorno mas não achei a área insegura, pois eles não ficaram pedindo nem falam nada com vc.

Infelizmente não recomendo.

O quarto parecia que era abandonado, cortina quebrada, precisei chamar ajuda pq a privada estava vazando água toda hora, controle da tv sem pegar, quando trocou a pilha, a imagem horrível…café da manhã sem inclusão, só tinha pães, presunto, queijo, ovo e salcicha, de frutas melão e melancia o restante era 2 bolos e pudim. Não tinha nada que uma pessoa intolerante a glúten pudesse comer e nada além de “pão”
