We checked in to our two bedroom family suite and noticed one of the toilets was not working, and that the shower box was leaking water. We complained and were changed to another room, where the same problems persisted - toilets not working and shower box leaking water. The room was unacceptably dirty. Among the worst hotels I’ve stayed. I’m honestly surprised that Accor would accept this under their brand name.

Experiência incrível, tudo muito bom. Apartamentos, conforto, recepção, funcionários, Tudo de muito bom gosto. Infelizmente tem sempre uma ou outra pessoa para atrapalhar. O rapaz do park, estacionamento, que pede para traserem o carro, precisa tratar melhor os cliente. Nem bom dia, muito menos ser cotez com os clientes.

O hotel é bem localizado, boas instalações, café da manhã muito bom e a equipe muito atenciosa. Entretanto, houve um problema quando eu precisei, horas depois de chegar, pegar um objeto no meu veículo, estacionado no hotel, e não conseguiram encontrá-lo. O susto demorou em torno de 30 minutos até que fui informado que o identificaram na linha de lavagem, o que eu não solicitei. Demais serviços atenderam muito bem.

Hotel com obras saguão e apartamentos (barulhento)

Hotel excelente, tanto em instalações como na sua localização em Moema (perto de metrô, restaurantes, mercados, etc.). Entretanto, pedi um quarto silencioso para o repouso da minha esposa após uma cirurgia. E nos colocaram num quarto localizado abaixo de um apartamento em obras, ou seja, o oposto ao solicitado. Nos acomodaram em um outro quarto, sem cozinha, um downgrade, apenas com micro-ondas. Devido ao horário que eu dispunha para resgatar minha esposa no pós-operatório, foi muito desgastante, apesar da disponibilidade da equipe do hotel.
