A cama em péssima condições, colchão quebrado de um lado, base da cama maior que o colchão, colchão revestido de napa onde o lençol não parava. Fizemos reclamação na recepção e foi dito que estão trocando dos andares maiores para os menores e que não podiam fazer nada. Tínhamos reserva para o mês que vem e até cancelamos. E somos hóspedes frequentes. Também acho que eles tem que alertar os hospedes sobre barulho nos corredores na madrugada. Ficamos no apartamento 405

Ao chegar fomos direcionados para um quarto que não havia sido limpo, depois conseguimos um quarto limpo porém os colchões são plastificados não permitindo um sono tranquilo, travesseiro com uma espessura diminuta dificultando o descanso merecido, limpeza e organização estava tudo perfeito
