we especially encountered problem of toilet because toilet flush was broken and we called the service..he said he did it well but flush remained broken during our stay

Estava com bebê pequeno e o recepcionista foi muito atencioso comigo, permitindo que entrasse mais cedo, já que tinha quarto disponível. A experiência no geral foi muito boa. A localização é perfeita para quem vai comprar no Brás. Me senti muito segura no hotel.

Os quartos são limpos, porém apresentam alguns problemas estruturais como valvulas quebradas, e paredes quebradas. A localização é boa para quem curte o brás. O café da manhã é bem inferior a média.

Banheiro sem box e o vaso com colera suja. Nao tinha sobre lençol, tinha somente o de baixo, com furos e de tão gasto e tinha pelo menos tres furos. Aspecto de sujo. Enquanto aguardava a hora de entrada ou chekim nos cobraram para deixar as duas malas com bagagem de mão e uma mochila. 55,00 (conquenta e cinco reais) nao recomendo para ninguém.

Perfeito pra quem vai fazer compras. Saindo da recepção vc já esta de frente a feira da madrugada. O estacionamento no próprio prédio nos deixa muito tranquilos, tudo muito perto e de fácil acesso.
