toilet flush broken

we especially encountered problem of toilet because toilet flush was broken and we called the service..he said he did it well but flush remained broken during our stay

Já fiz uns 2 comentários sobre este hotel, onde hospedo comumentemente quando vou a São Paulo. Entendo que é um hotel de negocios, econômico, porém desta vez preciso fazer uns comentários, pois desta forma os proprietários cobram a gerência, e a gerência seus colaboradores. O recepcionista não foi cortez ao fazer o check-in, pois pedimos 2 chaves como de costume, e ele secamente respondeu: "só temos com 1 chave". Precisei usar a escada de emergência para ir do -2 ao térreo, pois o elevador iria demorar... estava muito suja, creio que não a limpam frequentemente. O café da manhã é até bom, só que creio que o ambiente possa ser mais humanizado com uma decoração e iluminação adequadas. O quarto... este deixou muito a desejar: piso em péssimo estado de conservação (ap. 404); Ar condicionado com problema no controle; banheiro sem saboneteira; toalhas encardidas; piso sujo; porta do banheiro corroida na base. Como disse acima... sei que é um hotel comercial, e a diaria não é cara, mas pelo valor medio das diarias, poderiam tomar mais cuidado, pois tudo isto é só falta de capricho.
