Property and location was good, but there were a lot of construction noises all throughout the night. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Location is good. Metro station, shopping and Avenida Paulista are at walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Single room is very small, but it was good enough to rest.

Atende quando necessário, e o café da manhã é bom

A localização e o café da manhã são os diferenciais deste hotel. A cama também é confortável e os funcionários educados. Os pontos negativos são que o quarto (1) é muito pequeno, (2) muito frio e o a/c não tem aquecimento - apenas ventilação e frio, (3) não tinha janela, e (4) o frigobar estava desligado e com a tomada ruim, quando abri o frigobar a água de gelo derretida foi jogada pelo quarto pequeno às 10 horas da noite. Indico o hotel para quem precisa passar uma noite, já que a localização e o café da manhã são muito bons, porém, existem esses pontos negativos que eu mencionei acima. Resumindo, eu voltaria a me hospedar caso fosse necessário, mas o custo benefício poderia ser melhor.

Razoável. Quarto precisando de reformas simples como pintura das paredes, box do banheiro com vazamento, falta de blackout nas cortinas e mais receptividade e educação por parte dos recepcionistas. Em especial, o recepcionista Samuel, o qual falta educação e disponibilidade para responder o que lhe é solicitado. Não é favor, é obrigação.

Amei, nota 10!

Incrível!! O pessoal do atendimento foi super educado e solicito. Vi algumas avaliações falando sobre alguns serem rude ou das condições do hotel, mas achei todos os funcionários educados e a estrutura boa. Unica coisa que posso reclamar é que estava muito frio em SP e o quarto tinha varanda com porta de vidro, com isso o quarto ficava congelando. Porém, os funcionários ainda nos deram outra coberta para ajudar. Amei, super voltaria!

O hotel é simples, mas bem confortável. O café da manhã é ok, sem muitas variedades. Mas condiz com um hotel de 2/3 estrelas. No geral valeu à pena até porque tem uma boa localização.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao shopping e a avenida paulista. Estrutura física deixa a desejar, principalmente no estacionamento, local de acesso difícil, além de ser cobrado um valor de 30 reais a diária. Café da manhã muito básico! Mas o hotel oferece uma estadia boa para quem busca custo benefício.

o hotel me parece uma construção improvisada, algumas passagens no corredor voce tem que pular um muro baixo mas perigoso para pessoas de idade. As janelas não tem vedação contra o barulho que vem da 23 de maio, com transito intenso. Uma tomada não tinha sido fixada corretamente,escolhi um quarto no site da Hotels e eles me deram um outro. Pouca coberta para um dia frio.

Localização excelente, aposentos simples e confortáveis, atendimento bom, porém o prédio precisa de manutenções, ficamos em um quarto onde o banheiro tinha vazamento e encharcava todo o banheiro, mas com alguns tapetes sanamos o problema. Café da manha simples, mas tudo bem gostoso. De forma geral achei a hospedagem boa e com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Localização do hotel muito boa, porém, o atendimento da Recepção deixou a desejar desde o início do check in ou check out, todos os recepcionistas grossos. Fiquei hospedada no quarto 31 a cama é horrível, pedir pra trocar de quarto desde o meu primeiro dia, pois foram 4 diárias, mais não fui atendida, sempre a recepção informava que não havia quarto disponível, café da manhã o básico diariamente
