I honestly loved their pillows, the bedroom was really small it could only fit one suitcase and you can hear everything from the hall or other bedrooms (tvs) but after that is quite nice and the location was amazing

Property and location was good, but there were a lot of construction noises all throughout the night. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Location is good. Metro station, shopping and Avenida Paulista are at walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Single room is very small, but it was good enough to rest.

Cardápio de café da manhã era pouca opção, o ovo estava horrível, não houve reposição de suco. Acabou e quem queria mais ficou sem. O quarto estava limpo mas o corredor fede a mofo. A recepção na madrugada fica sozinha, tive que ligar para abrirem a porta pra mim. Estávamos em 3 pessoas e disponibilizaram apenas 2 cobertas alegado que não tinha mais. A localização é ótima!

Me colocaram em um quarto no subsolo do hotel Frigobar sujo com resto de comida Uma cortina que não ia até o final da janela as pessoas na rua poderiam me ver Sem nenhuma segurança ou tranca nas janelas do quarto Quarto ao lado do refeitório de café da manhã com cheiro de tinta e mofo dentro do quarto Uma experiência péssima

O quarto ao lado do Refeitório e sem janelas, como se fosse um deposito que transformaram em quarto. Telefone não funcionava, esqueciam de repor a toalha. No início achei barato mas depois vi que paguei caro. Porém a localização do Hotel é muito boa, próximo a shopping e metrô. O hotel se propõe ao que um viajante de curto prazo e baixo custo procura.

Impossível dormir. O quarto fica numa rua movimentada, caminhão de lixo, recolhimento de latas, vans e veículos pesados acelerando. As janelas são as mais baratas possível, então, os mínimos barulhos da rua passam todos. Após a meia-noite falei com dois homens da recepção, que deram de ombros e disseram 'é assim mesmo não há o que fazer o hotel está cheio'. Nunca mais fico aqui e recomendo a quem quiser dormir que evite também.
