Amazing hotel with a friendly, welcoming staff

My family and I loved our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and we throughly enjoyed the large breakfast every morning! The room was very clean, and the location was nice and relaxing. It was a short drive from the beach, but it was nice to be away from the busyness of the town. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A estadia foi maravilhosa, quarto confortavel, ar condicionado mto bom, instalaƧƵes confortĆ”veis, cafe da manhĆ£ muito bom e tudo mto limpo (o que acho fundamental) ....apenas o chuveiro do quarto onde ficamos nĆ£o tinha pressĆ£o na Ć”gua o que dificultou o banho, tirando isso, a estadia foi perfeita!

Excelente Hotel em Maresias para FamĆ­lias

Estive com meu filho de 2 anos e meu esposo. Passamos dias incrĆ­veis, o local Ć© de fĆ”cil acesso, bem prĆ³ximo a praia da PaĆŗba, inclusive, eles emprestam kit praia composto por cadeiras e guardar sol ou na prĆ³pria praia da PaĆŗba tem a barraca do Anderson que eles possuem parceria. A estrutura do hotel Ć© excelente, escolhemos o CiribaĆ­ principalmente, porque tinha locais onde meu filho poderia brincar, hĆ” um espaƧo reservado com brinquedos infantis, hĆ” tambĆ©m brinquedos na parte externa e a copa Baby para apoio no dia a dia para esquentar comidas ou preparo de mamadeiras. A comida do restaurante do hotel Ć© muito boa, recomendo que peƧam, no perĆ­odo da noite, eles levaram a comida no quarto, o que Ć© uma praticidade quando estamos com crianƧa. A piscina tem Ć”gua aquecida, excelente para aproveitar apĆ³s a praia. O hotel Ć© muito limpo em todas as Ć”reas, o serviƧo de quarto Ć© muito bem executado, as meninas estĆ£o de parabĆ©ns. O quarto tem boa cama, bons travesseiros, haviam amenities como shampoo e sabonetes. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© bem servido, haviam itens que eram servidos todos os dias e outros eram variados, sempre sendo reposto, elas nĆ£o deixavam acabar. Outrossim, conforme as pessoas iam embora de suas respectivas mesas, logo elas iam higienizar para que outras pessoas pudessem sentar. Por fim, eu e minha famĆ­lia recomendamos o hotel, voltaremos com certeza, ambiente familiar, bem organizado, podem ir ser medo, principalmente com crianƧa, eles vĆ£o amar e aproveitar tambĆ©m.

Pontos a melhorar

Aquecimento da piscina deixa a desejar. Apenas quebra o gelo da agua mas nao a deixa confortĆ”vel qdo nĆ£o hĆ” sol. Demoram bastante para limpar os quartos, acredito q se tivessem mais funcionĆ”rios os quartos seriam limpos mais cedo. A internet tem intermitĆŖncia e muitas vezes falha.
