House keeper didn’t even throw away used condiments for you coffee all open, sugar missing stir stick missing should they have thrown that away , moving cart was really hard to steer old wheels messed up.the room smelled really bad . The shampoo was half empty on counter at sink. And I tried to call hotel 7 times and they would pick up receiver and hang up

Front desk individual did not ask for any id or credit card in case of extra charges. Also, he provided no info on the hotel or breakfast. He just handed me 2 key cards, and told me which door to use to get to our room. The side door we used was not locked, in fact, it wasn't even closed. I tried to close it, after entering, but it would not close properly. So much for security I guess. Finally, the door at the top of the stairs was held open by a dirty rag jammed under the door. The place was very busy, and probably full, but based on the actions of the front desk person, it didn't appear to be adequately or properly staffed. Don't expect much hospitality from the staff if you stay here.

The AC in our room was older and did not cool really well and the filters were very dirty. There was a lot of trash outside of our window. The bathroom door needs to be replaced. Homeless camp nearby. But having said that it was an overall good place to stay as the hotel seemed to be an older one. Staff was very friendly.

Sent to an occupied room

While the gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. I received a bit of a fright when my children and I tried to enter our room and they were excitedly trying to open our door with our room key like they always do, but we were met by an angry man who was already occupying it. It was quite scary the way the man angrily stomped out of the room. I really thought he was going to punch us and it seemed it could have escalated if I hadn’t spit out the explanation as to what happened

Stayed one night. Property looked old and when we requested the second floor we were told that they didn't have an elevator. The air conditioner cover fell off when we opened the door to the unit. It looked like the property hadn't been maintained well. Breakfast was good. The staff worked hard to keep the buffet stocked.
