The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and kept both the common areas and rooms clean and neat. There are coin operated laundry on the second, sixth and twelveth floor. One thing that I like about Hotel Mystays chain is that you can help yourself to the toiletries like body lotion, facial wash without having to call and wait for it to be delivered to your room. In dry places like winter in Sapporo, the body lotion is a lifesaver.

Perfect for a one-night stopover on our way to Niseko. The room was definitely on the smaller side, but for the price we paid it did exactly what we needed it to — clean, convenient and no complaints from us!

Property is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The breakfast features a robust selection of local foods and is excellent. Want to give a an extra thanks to the hotel and staff for helping us refund the first night of our stay that we were unable to make due to a severe flight delay. They were under no obligation to do so but we're very understanding and it lightened the burden of some missed connections for us. They left notes for the staff members and took good care of us when we finally arrived. Great hotel and staff! Would come back in future.

Wonderful property that is just a short 5 minute walk from Sapporo station. Breakfast is top notch and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Leaving luggage in their care before check-in or for a few hours after check-out is no problem. The staff are great and can help you in English or, if you are like us, they are patient and understanding of broken Japanese too :-p. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfy hotel. Also well located with restos in the same bldg accessible from the outside. Its near the JR Sapporo train station. Would stay here again
