All of the staff were awesome but I would give a special mention to Rosalina in the kitchen and dining room. She was helpful, welcoming, friendly and kind. The breakfast (& Coffee )was great! The rooms were nice and clean . The beds were not great but it was one night.

The staff all were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room, which was like a little studio, was spacious and well designed. Our only problem was that the AC unit in the living/dining area was running extremely cold and all knobs were removed so we could not alter the temperature or the fan speed. The AC unit in the bedroom functioned properly. One other negative comment: bottled water in the room had a $2.50 per bottle charge for it. And this bottled water is about the cheapest - just purified, not spring water - available on the market. $200.00 per night for the room, but a charge of $2.50 for a 25 cent bottle of water. That is pretty tacky for a Hilton branded property and I thought hotels were getting away from that practice.

Breakfast did not have fruit cut up or yogurt without syrup in it. Bananas day 2, not in day 1. People at the desk were very good. Both Claudia and the Sunday morning check out woman were efficient and pleasant. We got extra towels when needed. We usually try to stay at Homewood Suites when we travel.

We had a one bedroom suite & it exceeded our expectations. We're used to staying at resorts & so visiting this hotel was a surprisingly comparable stay. The check in process was easy, everything was clean. The walk to the room from the few entry doors is a bit inconvenient but it is just how the building was built. The hallways smelled nice & sanitary. Staff was quick to respond on text. We loved the personalized message on the TVs. Breakfast was SUPERB! The options were full of variety & taste. The breakfast staff member (I cannot remember her name but she has quadruplet children) was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly, hospitable and provided some awesome tips for the area! We loved the price ($170 w/ taxes) for the night being that we were only a 15 minute drive from Lido Key Beach & shopping area. Room was clean & no complaints whatsoever. We traveled with two littles & it was a convenient size for us all (including our playpens). We have already decided we will make this our place to stay whenever we choose to take mini staycations in this area!
