I really wanted to like my stay. I am a huge Hilton fan. My job requires large amounts of travel, so I frequent hotels, specifically Hilton. I was thrilled to stay in the spark in Siesta key. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I would’ve liked. The linens were dirty, roaches in the bathroom, and lack of towels. As I had only three days and a jampacked schedule with my family, I was hoping that the cleaning staff would come in and clean the roaches off the floor and perhaps change the linens, but unfortunately, they did not. Since I’m not a complainer, I didn’t go to the front desk and request new linens, because I kept hoping that maybe the cleaning staff will come by the next day and give me more towels, clean the dead roaches off the floor, and clean the room more efficiently. The cleaning staff certainly did come in and take my old towels, but that was the extent of any cleaning that happened. The roaches stayed on the floor in the bathroom. That actually shocked me, considering Hilton hotels are always held in such high regard, and I’ve had such amazing experiences in them. Although I frequency as a key, I will not be choosing spark in that area again. I will give it one more chance if I come upon another spark Hilton in another area of my travels.

Def would not call that a good breakfast. Oatmeal packets, cereal and bagels. Thats it. When i stay somewhere that includes breakfast, it should have several breakfast options. Pool/hottube area was nice. Close to the beach.

Patrick at check-in was great. Friendly, professional, attentive and happy. The bar crew Lynn and Lisa were both awesome. Great friendly service recommendations of restaurant and places to go and service was great. Hotel is dated but has been well updated.
