Good business stay

This is typical business hotel with very nice and helpful stuff. Dinner was served after hours which was a great help. Had everything i need and the only downside was the smell in the room. Smell is like you are in stable. Was so bad, so it woke me up in the night.

Very good experience

The Hotel was a little further away from Vicenza than I thought, but the free shuttle service provided by the hotel, the service, the restaurant, the whole experience surpassed that little extra distance. Loved my stay.

Exceptional Hotel

Hotel Kristal is a 3 star hotel that offers a 4 star experience and standard. An exceptional hotel that provides high standards and facilities. Upon arriving at the hotel I was immediately impressed with the vibrant yet calming decor of the lobby. The bedrooms were stylish, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very impressive with modern bathroom suite and very high standards of cleanliness, it was sparkling clean! Overall I was immensely impressed with the quality and standard of the hotel and the members of staff who were very warm and ensured we were comfortable during our stay. I seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.
