Great Location and Great Value

I really enjoyed our stay at this place. Jerry was really good to deal with. My only complaint is I wish the kitchen would have been stocked a little better. For example there was no toaster or no colander, and just some other samll kitchen stuff missing

Great location, unit needs some help

There were issues with the unit, no glasses, cookware old and damaged, no plates, refrigerator froze everything. No place to sit, inside or out. That being said Jerry , property manager on site, was amazing and tried to get things fixed but labor in Costa Rica is challenging. We purchased plates and glassware. Once stateside I communicated with the owner and let her know the issues. She also was apologetic and open to discussing the issues. She owns both the upstairs unit and this “guest suite” downstairs. Try and stay upstairs. I am a traveler not a tourist so I don’t need all of the fluff. We would stay there again.

Safe, secure property with excellent management

Overall you cant beat the price of this condo. Hermosa Heights villas is a very nicely managed complex with an amazing pool with swim up bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our lack of Spanish speaking skills. We had little contact with Mindy (the owner listed) and interacted mostly with Jerry (Im assuming he manages the property for Mindy). Jerry was great and very helpful. We had 2 days without Wifi but Jerry worked to fix this situation. Our only complaint is the lack of supplies within the condo. No extra garbage bags, limited toilet paper, and only 2 towels for a property that says sleeps 4. With pool time, beach time, and overall hot climate we used the shower multiple times a day and had to reuse the same towels for 5 days. We ended up purchasing towels at a local super market to take to the beach. Overall we loved our stay at Hermosa Heights and the community of people we met. And you really cant beat the price of the condo!
