Left all garbage and recycling neatly stacked aswell as linens and towels was still charged security deposit and told they would call about further charges. Lots of sports teams were at the hotel and there was garbage left in the hallways for up to 3 days.

Very rude staff, kept trying to sell us on an upgraded single king bed for me and my brother and when told that we deliberately booked two beds we were told that they had already sold out and we were to take it or leave it with no refund. Thankfully there was a pull out couch but we then heard them pull the same thing on the next guy when we had to talk to a different person to have our parking registered. Not staying there again.

Our family did not find the beds comfortable at all. Food was good in the restaurant but not as room service. The Miso Wings in the restaurant were great, a must try if you like wings. Pool was a little cold but hot tub was nice and hot. Stay was okay but unfortunately I would not stay again.
