The staff wasn’t helpful when there was multiple noise complaints from the hallway. And when we requested towels for the pool when we noticed there was none we waited an hour and none were brought. Had to walk through the hotel wet

More Inn than Hilton. Zero Garden.

The hotel is barebones, it seems like a run down hotel was purchased and reno’s are slowly taking place. The pool is small. The neighborhood is riddled with drug addicts there was no where family friendly to eat.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Keurig and k-cups in the room were nice. The shower was lukewarm, and didn't get any hotter, we only stayed one night, so it wasn't the end of the world. I do wish the temperature control was in the room, as a hot sleeper, I prefer a colder room at night, but not the first place I've seen this. Room was very clean, however someone else from our group checked out the hot tub (seats 2), and pool, which allegedly wasn't the cleanest.

The pool was really dirty and needs a renovation. Our room was clean but was showing wear from age. Floor in elevators was extremely dirty. Location is ok but on a busy street.

the place it self is wonderfull. the rooms are what you would expect if your looking for a 2 queen bed room, also the rooms seem to all have carpeted floors. just a walk away from mid town. they allow pets too.
