We booked a deluxe twin room and the booking website described it as 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. We rang the night before to confirm the bed set up and they said yes that’s what we booked. Checked in and it was 2 double beds rang down to reception no we don’t have any twin beds in these room set ups. When we got to our room the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor. When I raised concerns with the hygiene of that they sent Engineering to the room, he managed to slow it down but not fix it completely. There was also hairs in the bathtub when we checked in. The room also had a musty/dirty smell and just didn’t feel very clean. Bed was comfortable, pool was great. Buffet breakfast was average, the fruit was mostly overripe. The room was very small.

We had a great stay at Mantra Legends. It is within easy walking distance of Cavill Ave Mall. Easy parking at a cost of $22 per night (but you do have to pay for parking on the street when you arrive, just until you checkin or get access to the hotel parking). There is heaps of parking in the hotel carpark (we went during school holidays and spaces were still available). The Breakfast was a highlight, especially the Mushrooms and Homemade Baked Beans!!! :)

Room was nice with a great viewbut clearly needs a bit of work- bathroom door was warped and needed a sand and repaint. Curtains were useless at keeping the room dark and had holes in them. I found the bed to be really hard. The aircon was very noisy and didn’t seem to cool the room very well. The pool area really needs more space for seating and it’s annoying that you can’t order a drink from poolside ( apparently there is online ordering but it was not working and you still have to pick up from bar inside which is tricky if you have been in the pool. It was good value for money for what it was as long as you don’t have too high expectations. Feels more like a 3 star property than a 4 star.

Great customer service, pool and great location. The rooms are a bit run down. Carpets on the corridor have lots of moisture and inside the room too. Buffet breakfast is average with minimal options compared to Voco and other places we stayed at.

Lucky I only booked this hotel for only one night. Our family was arriving at the hotel was around 11:30 am. They said the room wasn’t ready. That ok I said we go straight to Wet n wild theme park.Everything was nice and got all paper work done with deposit details. I came back from Wet n Wild just before 6pm went straight to reception to pick up the room card.Staff in the late afternoon were terrible and rude. Btw when I got to the room , It was disappointed I talk to my husband and kids “Are we in the hotel or this is just a motel? There wasn’t any of basically things eg:water bottle, no toothbrush provided … there wasn’t a welcoming ạ cup of water or soft drink. We all so tired after a haft day at wet n wild. I was about to pull out blanket to lying down and saw there was multiple stains on it . I took the photos and ran down to reception to told them.15mins later there was a lady came with fluffy blankets offered to swap. She said she didn’t have anything to change for us. I told her my kids do have allergies and can’t use that type of fluffy blankets. She told me unless I have to wait 3-4 hours and she got the other re-washed. I didn’t have any choice so I said if that only option then I have to. We then went out for dinner came back,picked blankets up from reception at 9:45 pm. There wasn’t apologies,It unpleasant stayed and wouldn’t recommended this property for any family with kids.This absolutely most suitable for backpackers.I did report to reception at checkout
