Carpet was wet from cleaning. Smokers stand right outside front exit. Restaurant food cold. We had to move to another room. I asked for something to be comped and only received a discounted parking fee.

Very clean, nice room. We had an amazing view of the river, and the staff were very polite & helpful. The hot-tub was large enough to seat 14 people, and the pool was also very nice. Great location too! Overall great stay, would definitely recommend!

Excellent except for the hide a bed

The staff were all great, particularly the restaurant staff. The view from our room was wonderful - of course, it helps that the weather was good! The room was clean and comfortable except for the hide a bed. It was dreadful. Other than that everything was excellent.

The beds were quite comfy; I definitely felt well rested and will check it out again on my next trip. The underground parking was convenient, as there were elevators there that go directly up to your room.

I stay here a lot during the year but this time around i had some issues. I had booked a king room for the night. I went to check in at 3, my room wasn't ready. I asked if there was anything available at that time, even a room with 2 beds. They told me no. I left and came back at 4, lined up for 20 minutes, was told again the room I booked was still not ready. I needed to get to a concert by 6. I asked again if they had anything available. They checked and i heard yes they do have a room ready with 2 beds. I said i will take it. I got checked in, went up to the room and the room i walked into was a small room with a double bed. I was not happy so i went back to the front desk and had to line up again for the 3rd time, by now its 430-445. I expressed my frustration. This guy understood my situation and asked what they can do to make it up. I first asked for a free night stay but was told they could not do that and the best they could do was 50%. I did accept the offer as i was in a rush to get to a room to get ready and be out the door by at least 530 for the concert. Totally stressful day.

We had a lovely corner room on the 14th floor. Great view of the river and the downtown lights. Very spacious and clean room. Underground parking is nice. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay again!

Very poor check-in. Busy long weekend, waited over an hour for our room to be ready due to short staff and the hotel being fully booked. Was not impressed with the service, and our room smelled old and musty.
