The AC in the room only blew hot air making the room unlivable. They changed the room which had ants in the bathroom and uncomfortable sofa bed that couldn’t be used as a bed at night.

The room was beautiful. Two inconvenients: room 607 was 73 stairs up from 4th floor, the highest level the elevator takes you, and there is no bar at the hotel. We probably won't be back.

Wonderful room. Beautiful view, charming space, lovely staff. However, a few updates are certainly needed. The bed was terrible and my husband and I both woke up stiff every morning. Pillows weren’t comfortable either. And unfortunately the sound of pipes screaming wasn’t ideal. Towels also could use some softener. Overall we had a lovely Christmas, but we’d have to have a more comfortable bed to return.
