The staff were so kind and helpful always! It was also very clean and tidy always, our rooms and the common areas! The breakfast pastries and coffee were also yummy. I do wish the bar had been open for business so there was a bit more sociableness in the evenings

Property was conveniently situated in Union Square and was just a few blocks away from BART. Rooms were small but clean with comfortable beds. The main issue was that we didn’t have hot water for two nights of our stay! Front desk was unhelpful in keeping us updated on the situation and whether we would have access to it again.

It was a great place to stay. It's an older hotel, very retro. It has all the basics we needed. Theres a parking garage across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.
