It was wonderful, I will say Expedia advertises this property as sound proof room and that is not true at all, the property also stated that this is incorrect so we mentioned for the property manager to have kayak and Expedia fix this as this was the reason it was booked due to our dogs. It changed up our trip since we couldn’t go off and explore unless we took our dogs (they bark) The place was clean and the staff was really kind. The bed was amazing!! We got to enjoy the jacuzzi tub in our room, except it drained the whole time but it was still wonderful! Very close to Yonah and the town of Helen which you must check out!

The staff was pleasant when addressed. The windows could use blackout curtains as we could not sleep due to the parking lot lights. The room was clean but needed updating. Also, had a musty smell as we entered. We bought an off brand bottle of wine from the gift shop which was $55 to our surprise. The clerk informed us that only one wine glass was supplied per room and gave us plastic cups. Really? We just paid $55 for a bottle of your subpar wine. We used the coffee mugs. No one said hello or goodbye. Did not feel very welcome.

First off I'll state that the room was actually very clean very comfortable but I rented a king size bed and end up with a double no big deal it happens sometimes but my main concern is the wine tasting was not available because they was no staff the restaurant nor bar was open because it wasn't any staff so when I went to rent this for me and my wife to spend the weekend that was a big plus for me because we enjoy those type of stays

There were outlets that were loose in the bedroom and the bathroom. They would not support a phone charger. The porch light was not working good enough to support a well lite porch area. The overall expierence was wonderful. The cabin needs a few minor fixes. We would suggest the property and would rent again.

Planned our anniversary at the Lodge. We were very pleased with the ease of check in, cleanliness and how private it was!. We did have a shared balcony but that was fine. Perfect weather 👌. Ac was good and cold. Shower nice and hot. Loved how it was just a short 8 min ride to helen. And Cleveland is just right down the road and has some great restaurants. Try Ol Cyldes!. We will definitely be back thank yall so much. They have have an email and text message that you can contact the employees and they have always been prompted and very helpful to me.
