The beds were comfortable and room was large. A/C worked great. Check in as an Expedia customer seemed frowned again and the computer “crashed”. Super loud being near interstate and family above us beginning at 5:30 am. Breakfast was typical- coffee was good.

Beautiful hotel! Extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and easily got our family of 6 and all of our luggage without feeling crowded.

The hotel was nice and staff was very warm and friendly. Only complaint was there was old food in the mattress of the sofa sleeper which made me wonder some about the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff told me that the Manager would call me to talk about it, but she never did.

Clean room, decent bedding, breakfast ladies do a phenomenal job keeping the area clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the young lady at check in not friendly or helpful. She was more interested in being on her telephone and lounging near the breakfast area then providing service with a smile to the customer. She was in no way congenial or hospitable toward me or the man in front of me who was elderly. I could tell by her comments to him and her demeanor in the scowl on her face. Not the first impression that you want to have for your hotel. Otherwise no complaints

A dog kept barking all night and no one attempted to keep it quiet in whichever room it was. Staff knocked on our door at 7 am because they were given that we were checking out early which was not the case. Water pressure in shower and sink was terrible.
