Miss Kelly was excellent! Check in was so smooth. The Manager, I believe her name is Miss Laurie, she was so sweet!!!!!! The rooms are huge, very clean, quiet location.

Wonderful One Night Stay

We only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've from a hotel.

Bad smell throughout property like old stale and mildew smell. Room also had bad smell and missing fire detector alarm which is a big safety issue. Different guests informed breakfast staff that butter from breakfast bar was rancid and staff went over to look at butter, complained, started laughing and walked away. They did not take the butter off the table they just left it for other guests to use. Overall least favorite hotel experience I have had as an adult.

El servicio deficiente. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda. El detalle fue que el aire acondicionado no servía y estaba botando una cantidad bastante grande de agua. Solo funcionaba un ascensor y cada vez que íbamos a utilizarlo tocaba esperar bastante tiempo.

I think you all have bed bugs. Little black critterswere on sheets. Itched from the moment I hit the bed. I slept on some blankets I had on the car. Room also has an odor. We were very excited about staying. We hadn't stayed in a hotel in a while. This was disappointing. Not at all like the online pictures.
