A slightly ongoing irritating issue-our suite had 1 drinking glass in the entire kitchen. Our room had a kitchen, but only 1 glass. We called down for wine glasses, and got 2 tumblers. We were too tired to do anything about it our first night. Second day, realized refrigerator was not working and our food was room only temperature even though in fridge. Engineer came and saw the on/off switch was in the off position---we did not do that! Also, again asked for wine glasses and got 3 more tumblers. Just irritating, we wanted to relax on the balcony and have a cold glass of wine, but it was not to be. Refridge turned off and no wine glasses!

We had a family death while staying at this property and everyone was wonderful. Although we only stayed for 24 hours the staff was so accommodating and helpful during a very difficult time.

A good hotel with a great roof top bar and pool with terrific views of the city and the river. Unfortunately, our room was immediately adjacent to the lift for rooftop bar supplies and food and the rooftop bar itself. Too noisy.

The hotel was nice, including the staff! Did call ahead of time about parking and told parking was easy and not sure why everyone complains about it. Well parking is not easy and the only way to go is valet parking. This is expensive but all the riverside hotels have valet parking so this was not new, but staff should be transparent about the matter. Beautiful area and a blast to be at. The staff are so kind and friendly that this rubbed off on all the visitors!

Never Again

Blood suckers that will bleed you dry! Not sure who changed my dates, Hotels.com or Homewood suites but we had a 1 night stay instead of 2. Price was changed after I selected the room and I probably didn't notice the extremely high valet service that is the ONLY option for parking. The room wasn't available for the second night and this was non-refundable. I say 'only' about the parking, but that wasn't completely true. We parked across the street to check in, beside New Hampshire vehicles with surf boards attached to the roof of the car. The woman who checked us in told us that was or construction only. Never, ever again will I stay here or use hotels.com. Horrible experience.

Nice hotel for river front only. First time is Savannah, the hotel was very nice, lots of food and things to see around. The room was clean and had enough room for a family with teenagers. If you are looking to do Historic District, it's a bit of a long walk to that area from here. Took about 30 mins walking to get to the Fountain at the Forsyth Park and other house toura in that area. Overall the hotel is nice, clean and updated.
