While the hotel itself and the surrounding area are quite nice—and I wish I could leave a more positive review—I would not recommend this location to others.
We experienced many issues:
Upon arrival, our room reservation was given away. They found us a room. But, to make matters worse, the staff member who checked us in was noticeably rude and unprofessional.
The rooftop pool area was a highlight in theory, but it was closed for 3 out of the 6 days we stayed. Additionally, the water was very cloudy the first two days, so we only had one day where the pool was truly clean and usable.
At checkout, I was told I would receive an itemized statement via email. I never received it, despite requesting it multiple times.
Since returning home, I’ve reached out to the assistant front office manager several times (three emails and two voicemails), and have not received a single response.
That said, I want to sincerely thank the food service staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive to our son with disabilities—we greatly appreciated their warmth and professionalism.
I understand that mistakes happen—reservations can be mixed up, and maintenance issues arise. However, the complete lack of follow-up and communication after our stay has left a very negative impression. No apology, no explanation, and no compensation were offered. That alone says a lot about the level of customer service at this location.
Unfortunately, I would avoid staying at this location at all costs.
