Everything was fantastic! Extremely satisfied. The only criticism is the ceiling fan was a bit dusty and the bedside lamps could use some shades so you aren’t looking directly at the light bulb.

The hotel has a great location with so many walkable restaurants and museums. Its very quaint and the staff extremely friendly and approachable. HOWEVER, we had our car valeted and never accessed it again during our stay. Unfortunately, they parked it in the public parking deck where it was sideswiped. The parking staff helped us file a claim...which was subsequently DENIED. I might add, the vehicle is brand new and has only been in our pocession for 60 days. Now its damaged and our financial responsibility to have it repaired. We entrusted our vehicle to the hotel and are extremely disappointed with this outcome. Needless to say, we will not recommend this hotel regardless of our stay experience.

River Street Inn is beautiful and comfortable! The staff were always friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it if you want a centrally located home-base while you’re in Savannah.

The staff stood out. Fantastic group of individuals. We enjoyed our interactions with everyone...very friendly! We appreciate the Manager's Happy Hour in the afternoons...even though the gatherings were held in the restaurant. Filming of Road House 2 created a bit of confusion. Great corner room overlooking the river!
