The property has some area closed out due to updates they’re doing. No actual lobby. The rooms were dirty and need some updating. The front desk agents were very kind and helpful in trying to figure out our questions. Although not a major issue we were given vouchers a few things but could not use them because the staff had no way of reaching these items as the building was closed off not a major issue but also not the responsibility of the front desk agents to have that kind of thing ready. GM should have an organized solution for when things like this occur in a hotel. Again then biggest issue this hotel faces is just how dirty the rooms are mold on the vents dirty shower and bathrooms. Carpets stains everywhere crumbs, dirty sheets. Needs a major upgrade.
