Close to the highway and convenient, but the hallway was filthy, the building was in need of repair, it smelled. We almost just ate the cost and went to another hotel nearby but we were tired and roughed it out. The guy at the desk was nice, but the property manager should be replaced.

Don't bother even walking through the front doors. I stayed at Sleep Inn Savannah Gateway I-95 Savannah, GA 31419 for one night and my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues. During my stay, I encountered serious hygiene problems, including both bed bugs and roaches in my room; we know this because my 12-year-old son had 17 little bites on his back. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the manager/owner, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to address the situation, which made the experience even more upsetting. He, a about 5'7 Indian guy with an attitude who claimed to be the owner, (even though it's a franchise) told me he "does not believe me" and that I should get out and then threatened to call the cops. This baffled me because I literally only went down to notify him and to ask for a different room. After that confrontation, I took my family of 3 to the hotel down the street at around 3 AM because he kicked us out for complaining. I am usually never mad enough to write a review but due to his groundless anger towards me and the fact that he refused to refund me my money. Cleanliness and respectful customer service should be top priorities for any establishment, and unfortunately, this was not the case here. I strongly urge future guests to be cautious and for management to take immediate action to resolve these problems to ensure a better experience for others. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This by far was the worst Hotel stay I have ever had. The hotel was dirty, there was an order in the hallways, and even in the room. As me and my wife were about to try and watch TV the manager had to come up and fix the TV the cord was missing, we didn’t have the code to the WIFI and had to repeatedly call the front desk where there was no answer. As we get ready for bed we try and turn on the air conditioner because it was extremely hot and stuffy in room the unit makes a loud noise and we discover it’s not working. We contacted the front desk he was very rude about it not working, we couldn’t be moved to another room since they had “sold out” so we asked for a refund and had to literally have an entire debate about why and the unfairness of the entire situation. This was the worst stay ever and i will never stay at a Sleep Inn ever!!!!

I have stayed at 3 other Sleep Inn hotels in different states in the past 2 weeks and this one is ridiculous. No real breakfast. The last couple had eggs,bacon, sausage. This place didn't even have a bagel. The most important was No Hot Water

When I got to my room, I realized the air conditioner was not working. I will say the staff was quick and prompt to respond. And the issue was actually resolved rather quickly. However, I didn’t know how long this process was going to take. I’d already been traveling close to six hours. I had asked if it’s possible to go ahead and just let me go to another room. I was told they did not have any of our rooms. However, my issue is I was in the lobby. A person walked in off the streets without a reservation. They asked if they had another room and they were told that they did quoted the price. That’s what upset me about the situation was I was told they didn’t have enough room with. my suggestion to the staff would be. When I asked to be placed in a different room lead with letting me know that this can be resolved quickly. If not, then I’ll be moved to another room rather than just telling me you don’t have another room available. We after seem like we’re trying and putting their best efforts, but they still have a ways to go. I was asked to provide a credit card at a time of check-in even though it already paid for room I was told this would be for incidentals. This was totally understandable however it was not mentioned to me that there be a $100 hold on my card. The person checking me in explain everything about the hotel in great detail except for the $100 hold. I would recommend mentioning this as part of the check-in process.
