My room was comfortable, but it would have been helpful to have been informed that my room was ready as requested. Lots going on due to graduations and proms. Parking was not easily accessible for a senior citizen and valet parking cost was not suitable for my budget. I should have been informed about the fees when making my reservation and not at check in. A microwave oven is recommended especially for those who work late into the night.

The hotel is fine but the WiFi is absolutely horrendous. I had to use data the entire time. You would think for such a hotel chain that the WiFi would work.

We stayed here to attend a college graduation. Property is very clean and staff were very nice and helpful when we had a question. It’s walkable to several restaurants and convention Ctr. Easy parking on both sides-garage parking. We will stay again when in area.

We booked this stay in February for a king room. When we arrived, we were informed that there were no king rooms available. This was our first trip since my husband was diagnosed and started treatment for cancer, so this was a little disappointing. The television would only play the welcome to Marriott and no amount of pushing the buttons on the remote would make it do anything other than turn on, off and play the welcome to Marriott. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable. I only visited the Starbucks, so I cannot comment on the restaurant.

The Bonvoy in Richmond, Va was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was heaven. That jacuzzi tub was the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay there anytime.
