The room was a basic room but very clean, especially considering the frigid snowy weather in Shiller Park. The walkways and stairs had been salted for the snow but were icy.

The TV didn't work at all I couldn't even get my phone to sink up to my phone so I can watch TV that way I had to watch a movie on my phone how pathetic is that and the people yelling and slamming doors I got no sleep had a horrible night and I will never stay here again this is the 2nd time I stayed here that The TV don't work who ever is running The hotel needs to get it together

Parking is not very secure. Open to the street. Noisy due to traffic and airport, but the place can't help that. The hotel is dated and sparse but beds are comfortable. Staff is nice.

The first room we stayed in had a hole punched through the bathroom door and then the second room we got moved to was somehow significantly smaller, one bed was pushed up against the wall AC, and the beds overall were so close we couldn't walk between them. Staff overall was rude

No shampoo available. No coathangers. Does this place have permanent residents subsidized by the government? You can hear the trash residents through the thin walls. Heat worked well, cable TV limited to 5 channels. Parking lot was full of ice, dangerous to walk on.
