The Hilton at Logan Airport is very convenient but it definitely feels like there needs to be serious upgrades made. Our heater in our room didn’t work properly, nor did the ancient phone in the room when I tried to call guest services. The room was also very dusty and could have used a solid cleaning. The staff were all great though, so that is always a plus!

Just right

The best part of this stay is the proximity to the airport! The rooms are clean and well kept. The entire hotel looks wonderful. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but it’s perfect for travel.

This facility was very convenient for us to be at the airport prior to an early morning flight. It is a clean, comfortable accommodation, the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was good and friendly, but a bit expensive which is expected given the location.

Convenient

We had a very early flight out of Logan so this was a very convenient hotel to stay at the night before our trip. It also had a great view of the downtown skyline!

The handicapped room is lovely HOWEVER, it is too close to the elevator. All night long the elevator was audible, as it went up and down/down and up. Our sleep was constantly interrupted.

Convenient hotel at the airport. However, the receptionist was not helpful and dry. In addition, it takes for ever to get a receipt of one night dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. When calling the waiting time is very long. So overall not at all happy with the consideration of this hotel for its costumers.
