Compare Hotels with Parking in Scranton

I’ve stayed in worse but could definitely use a facelift, there was a smell and there was a pest repellent plugged into an outlet in every room. It was better than sleeping outside I guess. The front desk lady was very friendly and since she was working alone she was doing a great job keeping the line moving.

The staff was great. We had a couple of issues that they took care of immediately. They were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was only cereal with 2 choices fruit and wrapped pastries. No juice or cold drinks

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The food was good and the staff kept the area clean. They were helpful and very personable. The building looks to be fairly new but was in terrible condition. The shower was especially bad. Mold in the caulking and grout. And the shower was gross. We couldn’t wait to get home and take another shower. The bed was fairly comfortable and the linen appeared clean but the HVAC unit made so much noise we had to shut it off to sleep. It was 41 degrees outside. We thought about the pool but it was cloudy and smells super strongly of chlorine. And no hot tub. We definitely won’t stay there or probably at any Sleep in again.

Great casino and food options. The room was top notch

The hotel was nice. Particularly loved the rounded loveseat in the room! It was close to University of Scranton, which is why we were visiting. Close to Lake Scranton which was also lovely to visit.
