Low mid tier hotel

While the staff was beyond nice it doesn't make up for what this hotel was lacking. First off, the walls? Paper thin. We could hear anything going on all around us, we got woken up by 2 dogs at 9 am. Second, bugs would pop out of seemingly nowhere. Lastly the shower, the head of the shower looked ready to fall off at any given moment and there was no hot water for only the shower. If I was staying longer I would've checked out and tried to stay somewhere else, we tried to be out of the room for as long as we could.

The floors were dirty, The people were not friendly, booked 2 rooms at the same time. Should have been ajoining but wer on 2 different floors. The elevator has not had a safety check posted. I thought Wyndham had their name on this?

The staff were friendly, patient and accommodating. The non-smoking room itself was okay but everything was unplugged or not working properly when we first entered. I had to wipe the phone and plug everything in as well as wipe down the bathroom. Found a piece of fruit in the back of the chair. During the stay the rooms were not cleaned at all (it seems they only clean them once a day at a certain time). The internet was terrible and kept going in and out. The television set was not working properly and when it did work had limited channels that would also go in and out like the internet. I could hear the TV from the neighboring room. The hot water was not working in the shower but in the faucet it was. At least the heating lamp in the bathroom worked great as well as the hairdryer and coffee maker. The good thing is the beds have bedbug protectors and the pillows were comfortable. The AC was great and the room had enough lighting. The keycards kept getting demagnetized when they were put next to cell phones or credit cards with chips. The pool was decent but didn’t have clean towels and the ceiling was leaking while it rained. The coffee was good but didn’t see much of a selection for breakfast. Overall, the place was good to lay your head for the price paid and better then a cheap motel.

Everything was just OK. Hard to find a parking space when I came back. Elevators not working - my wife is handicapped and had to go up 4 flights. In the morning stillnot working. Breakfast sucks - no juice just cereal and packaged buns

I have tons of pictures of my room. It’s disgusting. The only great thing was the guy that worked at the front desk. He was so sweet. He actually stand out like he’s the one good thing about the building. He greeted me in and he greeted me out he was so sweet so nice. Asked me if I wanted anything before I went to bed and asked me if I wanted anything before I left he apologized over and over again about my stinky room my rundown bathroom, my bed that wasn’t made my blankets and sheets that were hanging on the floor. I was so scared to even use the bathroom because the shower curtain was hanging off. I was in room 421. It’s totally disgusting it smelt the AC didn’t work. It was so hot that day. It was just really really even if I paid $20. It was too much but the guy at the front he had a nice demeanor, but it doesn’t make up for everything else. The floor is dirty the bathroom the toilet was so dirty and had some sticky stuff all over it. It was just purely absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if they say they clean it and they don’t but it looks like it wasn’t cleaned for weeks. I’m not trying to be rude. I’m just being honest and I have pictures to back me up. They shouldn’t treat people like that who come from out of state come in late and have no choice, but to stay in that Room Totally totally disappointed. Nothing like the pictures.

Fairly inexpensive but not new

This was an inexpensive hotel for a quick trip. It was fairly clean inside the room, fairly dirty looking in the hallway. The hotel itself was fairly rundown. Staff was friendly. Fitness center door didn't have a working doorknob, assumed it was not open.

The property has is old and it is in vintage conditions, things are broken, non functional. In middle of night you except surprises..such as mice in room sitting next to you. Pool area has ladder broken..a Major safety concern. Staff service is not a desirable experience.

We had to cancel due to a family emergency and was told that we would NOT be charged. But YOU DID so a dispute had to be filed to get our money back. If this is how you handle business I will make to NEVER consider your hotels again
