This hotel is right by campus making it easy to attend events at Texas Tech. It also has great rooms and a friendly front desk staff.

Room was out dated. Best looking part of hotel was the lobby. The Starbucks vendor at hotel was out of everything. For the cost, we will stay elsewhere in the future. We were hoping for a higher end hotel.

This is supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in Lubbock however the room smelled bad as well as the bed sheets and towels. I’m not sure what they use to wash these items but they had a weird smell. I think the Marriott hotels are nicer
