This place has strong motel energy and absolutely does NOT justify the price. The room smelled bad, and not in a “maybe it’ll air out” way—more like a permanent feature. Everything felt old, rundown, and wildly overpriced for what you get.
The only redeeming quality was the staff—they were friendly, which is honestly the only reason this stay wasn’t a complete disaster.
If you’re coming to Seaside, skip this place entirely. Book a river hotel instead—you’ll get a cleaner room, a better experience, and you won’t feel like you got robbed.
