never ever go here Agen. up all night stayed in my car with my wife and dog. Electricity went out. weather was below 30deg. they offered nothing. to help except a little flashlight. Back in in the morning. I asked for a discount or a credit to come back another time. I got neither. were also Remodeling. my hope is they go out of business.

Staff nice, quite a mess during construction. The room was in pretty bad shape, also no towel bars, no closet with hangers, smell was bad and lets say should not rent out rooms when that bad. Reopen when construction is finished.

This place has strong motel energy and absolutely does NOT justify the price. The room smelled bad, and not in a “maybe it’ll air out” way—more like a permanent feature. Everything felt old, rundown, and wildly overpriced for what you get. The only redeeming quality was the staff—they were friendly, which is honestly the only reason this stay wasn’t a complete disaster. If you’re coming to Seaside, skip this place entirely. Book a river hotel instead—you’ll get a cleaner room, a better experience, and you won’t feel like you got robbed.

The room was clean!! The conjoining room door had clearly been kicked in at some point and not repaired. The Loft was an amazing little perk, though unfinished (sheet rock and molding). Pool opened 24 hours is great for adults not wanting to swim with littles. Very nice employees

Place is pretty beat up. Drywall damage all over the room. Bathroom door looked like it was in a flood. Couldnt lean against the balcony railing. Very dangerous. I paid for a room with ocean view and fireplace. Fireplace was not usable. The glass in the patio doors is so fogged up with moisture you cant see through it. Summertime would be fine for all this but it wasnt good in mid winter. The elevator got suck before it reached our floor and the door only opened a quarter of the way. We jumped out.used the stairs for the remainder of our stay. I was warned about exterior construction after booking. Glad we went somewhere else the next night. Lady at the desk was very nice though. Please fix that balcony railing. Someone will be seriously hurt falling 4 floors.

From the moment we walked into the lobby we felt so welcome. The staff is so kind and really do a great job. Randy and Paige were fantastic! The views from the room are amazing, the rooms are cozy, and I'm sure when they are done with the remodel it will be even better.

Although it’s an older building and it’s obvious that it’s due for some upgrades, the customer service and convenience of this location was on point. From the moment we walked in, the manager/front desk agent was extremely friendly, so efficient, and very helpful getting us checked in. Other front desk reps were just as friendly and helpful. We honestly had some low expectations going into our stay considering we were just there for a tournament and were looking for a budget friendly place to stay on Broadway, but we’d honestly stay there again any time. The 24 hour pool/hot tub access for adults is genius, the rooms were very convenient and nice, and the location is hard to beat. We are really looking forward to their remodel and upgrades they make on the property.

They are in the middle of an extensive (and very badly needed) remodel. Pictures of the room felt like it had been remodeled but the room clearly hadn’t. Felt like we didn’t get a good value for what we paid. Wouldn’t recommend staying there (possibly after the remodel is complete). But I wouldn’t take that chance.
