Bad management I was enjoying my stay till I got a notification that my card was decline when bill was already paid and make sure people know that is not pay at property because they charge anyway and the general manager talks to guest like there stupid and starts raising his voice if you let him in overall I have to say it's sad when people in management ruin a stay because of there attitude and then right after I get a response from the general manager I am glad we got it all figured out for you! This was a great property. They are in the middle of a large construction project, however, the noise was only heard outside of our room. When complete, the hotel is going to be 5 stars all around! The room was great, it needed a bit of updating but it was spacious, clean, and had a large balcony with a great view. The staff was kind and attentive, especially Bailey - she greeted us every morning with a text and offers for recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay there very much! Even though there was construction going on, we barely seen or heard anything. Our dislikes was only the walls were paper thin and the ceiling was very creaky.

Hotel is under new ownership & the staff was very honest about this before we even arrived. The hotel is rundown, but they have said they are working on updates. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and our fireplace didn’t work, but service was excellent and location can’t be beat. We go down to Seaside regularly so I am looking forward to seeing how the new owners update the space.

The place was under construction but I knew that before I booked. It is getting the rehab it really needs. It will be very nice when done. Some noise but not excessive. Mostly during the day. Gave me a great rate.

promenade inn seaside

hotel is older. half under construction. our room was partially renovated but lots of walls had hole patches, bathroom door veru old water damaged. Great hotwater! oven & stove barely worked. dishwasher did not clean dishes, food was left in fridge from previous renters.
