Communication with this 3rd party property management company was terrible.They refused at all times to actually have a human-to-human phone call. They dictated that all communications were through the VRBO app or text to my cell phone, despite my repeated requests for an actual human interaction. It was completely impersonal, they never even provided a first and last name for the actual human being I might be talking to, via text - so there was also never any personal accountability.They wanted to charge me an extra 20 per hour for an early checkin - even though I'd already paid for the full day.They also charge more per hour for a late checkout.Their VRBO text about providing a viable parking garage option (for another 25 per day) for my Subaru wagon is not accurate. The one reserved parking spot they had available was for compact cars only. The apartment building management has a very limited number of non-reservable parking spots for full size cars. These are taken on a first-come basis and there are far more cars than parking spots.Public street parking is not a viable option because it is limited to 2 hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
