Welcome to Kinnear Tudor Townhouse on Queen Anne, a three-story home blending Tudor and Contemporary charm. Located in the heart of Queen Anne and just steps from iconic Kerry Park, this makes an ideal homebase for exploring Seattle! Neutral tones and warm decor throughout create a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy the cozy fireplace, a garden with outdoor furniture, and a private balcony with scenic views of Puget Sound.
LAYOUT:
On the entry level, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The 2nd floor features two bedrooms,1 bath, and the washer/dryer, and the top floor features the master bedroom and bath.
ENTRY LEVEL:
LIVING ROOM: The living room features a fireplace with a marble surround and a flat-screen TV mounted on a classic white mantel and beautiful hardwood floors. The seating area includes two mid-century modern orange armchairs with wooden armrests, a wooden coffee table, and a plush light-colored sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen features cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a central island. Stainless steel appliances include a double-door fridge, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and knife holder sit on the counter, with pendant lighting adding warmth. Next to the kitchen, the modern dining area includes a wooden table, four cushioned chairs, and a bench.
2nd FLOOR:
BEDROOM 1: This elegant room has great natural light, and features a queen-size bed, fans, neutral décor, and ample closet space.
BEDROOM 2: This inviting and peaceful bedroom includes a full-size bed with soft linens, wooden bedside tables, fans, a standing lamp, and a spacious closet for storage. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while blinds ensure privacy when needed.
BATHROOM: This central bathroom offers ample storage and counter space, and a bathtub/shower combo. Guests enjoy complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and shower gel.
3rd FLOOR:
MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH: A spacious and cozy retreat with a queen bed in soft tones. A mounted TV, portable A/C, and a dedicated workspace for remote work with an ergonomic chair provide both relaxation and productivity. Large glass doors open to a private balcony with stunning views of the Puget Sound. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, spacious shower, double vanity, and elegant lighting. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.
COOLING: A portable air conditioner is available in the master bedroom on the top floor. Fans are provided in both second-floor bedrooms for additional comfort.
HEATING: Central heating throughout the home.
PARKING: There is one dedicated stall in the garage located on the basement level of the home. Please note the garage has a height restriction of 6'4". Additional street parking is also available if needed.
EXTERIOR: Don’t miss the lovely, fully-fenced ground-floor patio with a fire pit and patio chairs- a great place to enjoy the fresh Pacific Northwest air!
