Stayed there for 5 nights. The housekeeping did not show up to refresh our room as scheduled after the second night. That was an error on the hotel’s part. We were told that our room would be cleaned first thing the next morning, and we left before 8am and came back after 10pm and they again did not clean our room. We only used the room to rest after long day out exploring. Imagine coming back after a long day expecting a clean and neat room with fresh towels. Nope! We have never stayed in a hotel where our room were not serviced on a daily basis. I went to the front desk and spoke to a rep, all he said were “I’m sorry” and “there’s nothing we can do for you.” Other hotels would have offered a drink, free breakfast, move us to an another room, free night stay, for disappointing their customers 2 days in a row. This was a disappointing stay, and we’ll not stay here again. Not worth it!

New hotel. Nice and meets AC Hotel expectations. But some odd stuff like paper still not fully removed from construction on the new windows and cleaning staff not always cleaning as requested. Staff was friendly and helpful!

A nice spot in a great location. The nearby area was very quiet, with lots of cheap/free street parking at night, yet it was also close to many things. Very quiet and well kept.

Room was very good. And covenant place to get access anywhere. House keeping is only 3 days a week. Only problem was house keeping did not restock things like towels, coffee. We called many times in our 5 nights stay.
