The room was remodeled and spotless. It felt very safe. The only thing was it was kind of chilly for me... but warmed up after the heater was going for a while. It could just be me though, as I'm from Texas and have been freezing here on this visit! Lol

Very clean, quiet, firm but comfortable mattress - felt really safe with easy room access within a few feet of wide parking space. High water pressure for a good shower. Small micro, fridge with mini freeze shelf but you might want coffee to pick-up from elsewhere. Shopping for most things available within a couple of miles north on same street, even Costco I think was just 4 miles north. I suggest using. I-5 access north of hotel location. Driving in Seattle is a nightmare if you are visiting from a flat part of the country with wide roads be prepared to drive on one-lane roads with 2-way traffic!!! We had 3 days of medical testing at the UWA Hospital Montlake and very happy I chose Best Motel after some other stays in hotels where we could not sleep at all. Our goal at a hotel/motel is to sleep at night... we have a nice home so don't need any fancy "get-away", just a safe, comfortable place to sleep ... if you can"t sleep why spend an extra $200/night for that to stay in an '****' hotel? This will be our home away from home in Seattle... wish every town had one of these!

Clean room, gracious and accomodating staff (shout out to Joy), seemed safe with security gate and good locking mechanisns on door, and it was quiet. The have a great policy to get your $100 hold back to you very quickly (within hours of departure for me) assuming, of course, there are no additional charges. I got an email on the same day that charges were reversed. This can be a problem with some motels/hotels..

Everything was perfect except it was freezing so I had to ask for an extra blanket and the neighbors were loudly watching tv at all hours. The room was very clean and well kept. I’d stay here again and make sure to bring ear plugs next time.

Honestly it was well kept up for a old motel. Great for someone needing a place for a few nights with the basics of sleeping. I paid more for less and probably will stay here again.

This hotel is reasonably priced with secure parking included in the cost. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay there again when in Seattle.
