Pros- clean, cheap and in a decent area. Host was pretty responsive , and the check in link/break down was cute. Cons- There was no electricity when I arrived. I work in Seattle and drove 3hrs here, so I had a 5pm check in instead of 3pm. When I got there I hadn't even taken all my stuff in when I realized there was no electricity. I always take "check in" and "check out" videos. After seeing the power problem, I took a video for that. Immediately messaged Vince and he asked if I had used multiple appliances. I didnt even have all my bags in lol. He did try to fix it and call maintenance. Unfortunately Maint was out and I was requested to flip the breaker myself. I didn't feel comfortable and called VRBO because I dont want to mess anything up or disturb other renters. I made it very known I thought this was a wild request. After 2 VRBO supervisors I was offered some VRBO credit, but was still w/o power for 3.5hrs. I did flip the breaker because I need electricity, but Im still not excited about it. The rest of the stay was fairly smooth. Small cons- neighbor did weird stuff with the bath all night multiple times every night? And ice? So much ice? My mind was WANDERING about what he was doing lolHS next to unit has parking lot but of course the kids and parents WILL take street parking and try to illegally park, blocking you in. All in all, not bad. The electricity thing was wild, though.
