Angel, the staff member, he was bartending the last two night’s my partner & I was there and can I say he’s great! He made us feel welcome, communicated, & remembered us the day after. It was the small things that we liked about him and thanks to him, we’ll come back.

I love CitizenM and have stayed at several of their locations. As always, it was a great stay, but I was surprised to find that the WiFi wasn’t protected—that’s a bit of a downside for me. The area around the hotel also felt a little deserted, with some homeless people around and not many dining or bar options nearby.

This was one of the more unique properties I've stayed at. The rooms felt like I was on the Starship Enterprise; they were small but very comfy. The lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and came with a free espresso drink. The staff was super friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was by far the most coziest hotel I’ve ever stayed that. My friend and i enjoyed the self service part of this hotel. We were able to choose what type of view we wanted which is really rare for other hotels. Walkable area to all tourist attractions. (5-15 min walk) the staff were also able to accommodate in so many things.

My experience here was awesome, my girlfriend and I stayed here for the first time and I can honestly say that the staff was so nice, the vibe was right. We would walk to the market every morning and it’s a nice walk in general. When we would return we’d go straight to the bar and have a couple drinks, the bar staff is awesome, and nice. Can’t say enough, my first experience in Seattle and I can truly say it was a great one because this CitizenM.

Parking garages lock and ours said you could call to catch early flights yet the owner never showed so we had to rebook (not the properties fault but worth noting). If it had a parking garage it would have been perfect.

I loved this hotel so much! It was trendy, so GREAT for a photo op. The lobby area was nice and vibey for a hang out space if you ever wanted to leave your room and just chill somewhere quietly. The entire room was operated by an iPad, soooo cool, but probably problematic for someone who is not tech savvy. The rooms were TINY, so I would only recommend this hotel for a solo trip or intimate romantic trip. This is NOT for families or groups larger than 2.

The hotel was very good. The location is fabulous if you want to visit the many attractions of the Seattle Waterfront. Unfortunately the location, like most cities these days, is teeming with drug addicts and thieves. We had our SUV broken into and vandalized the first night so ended up leaving early. The staff was wonderful and gave us all kinds of assistance even though they were in no way responsible for what happened. Will definitely come back but will find more secure parking for sure.
