Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff at the front desk were quick and attentive, the room was exactly as pictured, the bed was so comfortable and somehow so quiet, even in the middle of such a busy area. The bar staff were also very kind and attentive. I had a lot of fun with the iPad - controlling the climate, lighting and tv all in one go. I’d absolutely sty here again - no question.

The rooms and check in lobby were so cute! Everything went so smoothly when checking both in and out. Most things we did were about a 10 minute walk away. Ubers were not too expensive from this location to the further things we wanted to do either. Ubers from the airport to here though, were like $60! I recommend taking the train from the anirport and getting dropped off at Pioneer Square. From there, it’s only about a 6 minute walk! Would definitely stay here again!

Staff at the front were nice. The view from the room was also awesome. I should have looked more closely when booking, since the room didn’t have a microwave or fridge… but it did have about 36 different ways to open the blinds and change the room color. I would’ve preferred the basic amenities a hotel should have. Our entire bathroom floor flooded during our two-night stay. We told the front desk, and they kind of laughed it off and just handed us some towels. The bathroom flooded again since it’s an accessible shower. Overall, it was a pretty “meh” experience. I was supposed to be contacted by a manager but never was, and my refund request was refused. I came to a hotel to sleep and shower, and one couldn’t be done properly. I’m not usually one to complain, but I hate paying premium prices for the bare minimum..if that.
