This is my fourth time staying at a CitizenM (San Francisco, London, Paris, and now Seattle), and I’m always happy with my experience. The location is just steps from the pier and close to many attractions. The rooms and common areas are modern, with fun retro decor, and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend it!

The staff were so warm and inviting. We had an issue with our sink and front desk helped us out no problem. The breakfast is above average for hotel breakfast. The rooms are small but have everything you need with some storage. The shower was my favorite part. The view on the 8th floor was incredible. The hotel is conveniently placed next to the ferry and a 11 minute walk to Pike Place. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I'm in the area.

Perfect location for discovering Seattle. The Seattle train from the airport was not far from the drop off. The return back to the train stop has a hilly climb, but still relatively close. The ferry is also close by. Staff was awesome, room was a micro room, but we loved it and it felt cozy. The breakfast buffet was so good and we loved all the options available, specifically the avocados!! They even have an “ironing” room to get your clothes ironed, high end steamer. Overall, great place to stay.

Such a great location- so many options for food a 10 minute or less walk away! Our favorite- the new French bakery, Mirabelle by Orphée which we realized we could see from our room! And being right on the waterfront made everything super accessible- we walked and Ubered every where- no car needed. As for the hotel- it has a hip, modern yet retro vibe! I wasn’t sure about our room at first but fell in love with the convenience and how the window framed our bed which happened to be one of the most comfortable and cozy beds ever! The pillows were perfect and we melted into the lux linens each night, falling asleep to the night city skyline! Having everything from lights to room temp controlled by the touch of the bedside iPad made it super convenient. The hotel breakfast was great and their cocktail selection yummy- staff were sweet and helpful! All around amazing experience and highly recommend- would definitely stay next time we are in Seattle! Thank you!!
