Hotel workers came into my room unauthorized

Hotel workers entered my room with a master key as I was changing. They should not have entered they did not even knock before entering. They saw me in an inappropriate state. Additionally, after seeing me they tried to enter once again but this time I had the top lock locked. I called the front desk they said sorry but in all honesty that isnt worth the terrible experience I had being seeing in the nude as a solo woman traveling.

Wow what an amazing hotel with all you need to keep the kids busy. Although family fun ceneter was closed on mon and tues, the kids got to enjoy all the other stuff like swimming, shopping and good food near the area. Thanks staff for taking care of us and making our short stay enjoyable.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was really good - so interesting to have vegetables as well as the regular offerings. Loved the pool & hot tub.

My children loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Our room door didn’t close properly so the light from the hallway was visible. It made me feel a bit unsafe but we had a good nights sleep. The proximity of the hotel to a variety of amenities such as the family fun Center and Southcenter Mall was fantastic.

The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations which is much needed because it’s dated but loved the holiday decor and staff. The room wasn’t all that bad just stale air. Maybe they update HVAC too?

We had turn over service daily which was a surprise and appreciated. The hotel was very clean and always had great options for breakfast. The pool area was clean and beautiful. Really enjoyed that the family play center was right across the parking lot!
