The flat was tidy and clean. The location was great central to many activities. Unfortunately a few items were lacking. The bathroom door did not have a door knob and potentially could lock someone in. Additionally, the shower curtain was totally incapable of preventing the bathroom from flooding from the shower. The heat pump remote did not work. Lastly, although tea was provided there was nothing to boil water, neither an electric kettle nor a sauce pan. Overall, the flat was acceptable with a few improvements required.
