We did not stay at the hotel. Booked 5 rooms called day prior to ask about shuttle. When we arrived to seattle i got a voice mail canceling all 5 rooms. We were left without rooms for our family before our cruise. Called the hotel lady was mean and unhelpful.

The reviews when I booked were decent and so I went in expecting a decent booking, but the room smelled of cigarettes, the property had trash littered all over, the walls are paper thin, the sink and toilet didn’t even look properly cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable. Oh, also there was a huge wolf spider in the room, so that’s a no.

It is what it is, I rated 2 star, and I don’t believe that they would argue. The staff were excellent though, but they couldn’t do anything about the rest. No maid service, I was there for 3 weeks, with no change of sheets or towels. I asked. Washing machines were broken. I asked to borrow a broom to sweep my room and got one, but no dust pan. The ceiling about my bathtub sprung a huge leak. This was on a Friday. They could not fix/repair until Monday until the maintenance man was back. Not much positive feedback, but the staff were good, and tried. You get what pay for.

I give it 2.5 stars. I read the reviews and saw lots of good ones so I booked it. This could have just been my room and experience. First off. I want to say the staff was great at check in. But be aware it has hours for the lobby and check in are closed after 10 pm. There was a day where lobby wasn’t open until after 4 pm. Room was tidy but definitely not clean. I don’t mind being at an older motel but my room was run down. Punch marks in the ceilings and walls floors mopped but a residue or something left on the floor. A little mold on the shower curtain. Bed was comfortable. But I used my sleeping bag. No bugs or I didn’t see any except for an earwig in the shower. They painted but the paint job was beyond rushed. Some after hour activity’s on the go in the area. But that’s everywhere now a days. I probably would have been a little more cautious if I had my kids and went somewhere else. But it was just me. People above me sounded like they were going to come down on top of me. But they could have just been loud. It’s also used for housing. Just not as a motel. You can rent weekly and monthly. I mean it’s not the worse. But you definitely get what you pay for. So just be aware. Place was full to capacity so there are filling the place.

The room was clean. There is a lot of road construction going on. The pool was closed. No breakfast, both washers were out of order. A lot of long term residents. It was a nonsmoking motel but I kept smelling weed outside. The front desk clerks were really nice.

I have booked a reservation for few nights months ago but when I did arrive at the hotel late at night. The front desk guy just informed me that they will not be able to check me in because they are overbooked. They should have at least an idea of how many people are checking in on their list in whatever software or system they are using and if they are really full they could have just contacted us even a day prior to arrival or with enough notification. Not just on the spot. The front desk was not helpful at all and did not even exert effort on anyway to maybe assist you on finding another hotel considering all the hotels were pretty much sold out especially when it's getting late at night. The staff doesn't really care.

Unprofessional and unreliable place to stay

Booked this hotel over a month in advance. Even called the hotel a couple days before to confirm my reservation. Upon arriving to the hotel to check in was told they over sold the hotel and no longer had a room for us. Front desk attendant couldn’t care less that we didn’t have a place to stay and this was on Memorial Day weekend so most hotels were very expensive or sold out. We asked to speak to the manager and the front desk refused to give us a business number to contact the manager. Super unprofessional and probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Do not book your stay here if you are relying on a place to stay for your trip.

Don't believe the hype it's not that bad. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and you get more then you would think. For the money it's safe and the staff had been very nice. No problems what so ever. Me personally I like this place yes a fridge and microwave would be nice but I see them putting them in as we speak later I can see the price going up slightly.

Front desk is great and yes you have to put a deposit down, but refundable. Get on the app or book over the phone because they take cash! How convenient. It's an open spaced hotel which are hard to find.

There were no locks on the door other than the deadbolt that was not very stable or secure with light coming in all around the door frame. The pool was green, there was no staff at night on the property. We saw prostitute with a pump, multiple pit bulls roaming parking lot and by office, psychotic people wandering around screaming, and when motel staff were asked if the place was safe, they ranked it with a basis of the Chicago slums. Would not recommend to anyone. We were given a rubber door stopper for an inner room lock. They said they had taken out all the inner locks.

When I arrived, I was told the property had overbooked & had had been having booking difficulties with the Expedia booking service, so I could not be given a reservation. The property clerk cancelled my reservation and promised they would also issue any fee refunds. I was left without a place to stay and scramble for a new reservation before my family gathering.

Not a great room, is not as good as the pictures on the Expedia app, was loud, there are people living in the rooms which is not disclosed on Expedia either, the bed was very uncomfortable, there was a really strong really gross air freshener smell that was obviously covering up a bad smell, the water from the sink was boiling Hot but the water from the shower was cold, I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was bad.

The property contacted me the day of my flight/the day I was to check in to tell me that the hotel or 3rd party website overbooked the property. They had been overbooked since late May. Reservations were still coming through. The hotel still charged me for the stay on the same day they canceled my stay. They were not available by phone most likely due to many calls about this issue on Thursday June 12th when I called or on June 13th, when their call center or corporate staff called the site per my request. I have not received a refund or compensation for the time/extra money spent finding a hotel the same day of my trip.
