Our stay at the property was great. They let us check in early and accommodated us when we needed our bags held until our flight back home. It made it easy to explore the city with the location being in the middle of downtown. Will defiantly recommend to my friends and family to stay here.

The hotel is very nice and clean the outside makes it look sketchy but it’s really not. The staff is top tier very professional. They do have you check in with an kios and check out the same way. The walls are very very thin you can hear everything from outside to all the rooms. They do provide ear plugs. For the amount I paid I would definitely stay here again. I do not advise you to drive it’s $45 a day for parking and it’s valet only. But it’s 3 blocks away from the light rail with very steep hills.

I really wanted to love this property, unfortunately there were some huge issues. First, the window to our room (second floor) was open and there was no way to close it, I believe it was broken. Then the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling by one wire only. The room was extremely warm, which I appreciated until we wanted to turn on the AC. I couldn’t figure it out so I called the front desk and they said it’s broken BUT they’d bring me a fan. We are warm sleepers and this little fan was not enough- needless to say we got no sleep. The cherry on top was the dog in the room next to us. BARKED all night long. I will not be rebooking here in the future. The staff was friendly, that was the only positive thing about this stay.

You guys need to up your time budget for your cleaners. They don’t have time to clean properly in the time they are given. Our room was not satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. Weird yellow crusty stuff all over the tub and remote. The staff were nice and helpful. No free parking and the closest parking was 45 dollars per night.

I stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific in Seattle on January 16 and 17, booked through Expedia. My experience was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I arrived driving a 12-seats high-roof vehicle, which unfortunately could not fit into the hotel’s underground parking. The front desk manager, Abdul, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He quickly assisted me in finding a suitable parking option nearby and promptly refunded the parking fee I had already paid through Expedia. His efficiency and warm hospitality made a challenging situation much easier for me, and I was deeply touched by his assistance. The hotel is in an excellent location, with clean and comfortable rooms. All the staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
