Upon exiting the elevator on our floor, the hall smelled like an old apartment building. Paint and drywall were chipping and falling off along the walls and borders.
I booked for a King Suite, we were put in a room with a Queen bed.
The door to our room was not properly sealed, light came in all around.
While the bed itself was decently comfortable, there was very little room to maneuver around it.
The floor to the bathroom was raised approximately half an inch above the carpeted flooring causing me to catch my toes on more than one occasion. The bathroom was incredibly tight, definitely not up to ADA standards. Every time I sat on the toilet, my right shoulder hit the toilet paper holder on the wall. Very little space for even the most basic of toiletry necessities.
The shower head lack of water pressure made washing my hair challenging. Just standing in the tub with my feet shoulder width apart had my feet going up the sides of the tubs. And black mold around the bathroom window.
Will be booking elsewhere in the future.
