They canceled my prepaid reservation as a no show. I had contacted them from my cruise ship earlier in the week why I purchased 2 nights but would only be staying for one night. I was told by their front desk person that it would not be a problem. When I arrived it was a problem. The general manager insisted she did nothing wrong.

The staff at the front and the afternoon shuttle driver provided the upmost positive customer service experience! They were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide any assistance and information about the local area! Very clean facility and the breakfast was excellent! I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Seattle and will definitely return in the future!

A really clean property— I appreciate this more than most. There is nothing more disgusting than accumulated debris under a nightstand or near the bed or in the bathroom behind the toilet— This place was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable.
