We came out for a couple of days to help our son pack and share some time together. The hotel is great, bar perfect, fitness room clean and easy to navigate (and nearly empty for 3 days we were there). Only draw back is traffic and noise. But terrific nearby restaurants...wish I could give 4.8 stars...not quite 5, but for the price, cleanliness, friendly service totally a great place!

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s a gorgeous hotel. The staff in the reception area are very friend and welcoming. However, I only gave it less of a rating because I’ve had TWO back to back experiences with one of the cleaning ladies who the first time said something extremely rude in the elevator. The second time she almost hit my bf wit the cleaning cart when she rammed it into the elevator. She has such a nasty attitude, idk why a work place would want someone like that who comes acrosss customers and is always in a bad mood and rude at that. This last time we stayed, the bathroom door wouldn’t close correctly and would get stuck and in fact I got stuck a couple times inside the bathroom. Had I been alone I wouldn’t have been able to open it. Also the parking is super limited, parking spots around the hotel are extremely tight. Trying to find a parking spot can be annoying. Other than those things, great staff overall, very clean, super comfortable beds and I love they have a late check out.

Hotel was located conveniently close to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and service was good. Only minor complaint is the comfort of the pillows. They were too stiff and could be softer to make it more comfortable.
