This property was centrally located but still away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay. Jess at the front desk is the best and the gentlemen that assisted us with valet were pretty awesome good too. If you when a chance to order room service- pls do. We ordered their seafood risotto, fresh basked focaccia bread, lasagna and their mussels. We ordered both nights. It was that good! Would definitely stay there again!

So it is super cute, super convenient location, a value for the price my only complaint is the parking was extremely costly. Which essentially ate the savings so…. It has a historic smell lol. A light mustiness very obviously worked on. It is not very bothersome, I recommend offering aromatherapy as a complementary thing.

Nice hotel with great service and good room service. However it is an older hotel and the room was carpeted but the floor underneath was creaking when I was walking around and same for those in the floor above my room. The bed was comfortable but seems it needs to be replaced as it was caving in on one side from over-use. The carpet was alright but seemed it needs to be cleaned a bit more as it left my feet a bit dirty. I chose to wear socks when I was in the room. Bathroom was clean.

Good and Bad

Good: Comfy beds, very clean, charming atmosphere, friendly staff. Bad: There’s a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Had to sleep with noise cancelling ear buds which also helped cancel out with the siren noises since the hotel is right down the street from a hospital. Overall: Would stay here again as long as I have my noise canceling earbuds.

Ovely hotel but a bit off track

Very nice hotel with plenty of character. For me, it was a bit out of the way, and taxis got stuck in heavy traffic, so i walked long distanves, up and dowmhill each day. One way to get fit! My nextdoor neighbour for two nights watched TV in the early hours of the morning with little sound isolation between us, but the night porter did intervene when i complained
