Great staff, breakfast buffet was good, hotel is slightly dated but kept in good condition. Bed was comfy, good pillows and the tv was new. Great location, you could walk to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful property excellent steakhouse & breakfast buffet. The room is efficient. Nice windows comfortable bed and excellent for business trips. They have a wonderful late check out from 12:30 to 2 PM it's $40 which is a bargain. I booked this trip for my daughter because she was leaving for Europe the next day and needed to be closer to the airport. They did not disappoint. They took excellent care of her stay.

Wonderful hotel! The room was spotless - crisp white bedding and a perfectly clean bathroom. The view from the window was beautiful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Bellevue, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Bellevue Mall is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

I love the Hyatt in Bellevue… my most favorite hotel in the world. Ryan at the front desk was awesome… he gives the best impeccable service to his guests. I asked him if I could get a room high up and without hesitation he accommodated me immediately. Ryan was the best!!!
