Great location

Excellent location, midway between Space Needle and Pike Market. Good breakfast, but room too small for crowd. Only problem was accessing the parking garage in the alley behind the hotel.

Really nice hotel

The hotel is very nice, and its about as clean as you would expect. Is it perfect - No, but a very comfortable stay with no real complaints. And the hotel staff was excellent!

Breakfast was very crowded, and staff had a hard time keeping food supplied and breakfast area clean. Older smaller rooms but comfortable and clean, good beds, hotel had been updated. Liked parking was under building in locked area. Staff was very helpful and professional.

We had a water leak. We tried to work with the property. They have charged my card muliple times now after an agree me of me paying 1/2 price for one night and free the next. That is NOT what has been charged and I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.
