⚜ The hill to drive into our house is a bit steep and may be hard for some cars if there is snow, which is a rare occasion. In the event that inclement weather, cars can be parked at the bottom of the hill and walk up.

This place was excellent for us!!! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our large group to spread out. We had a few problems and had to contact owner and they got back to us very quickly every time. Overall a 5+ experience!!!

We had two families sharing the house during a kids’ soccer tournament at Starfire. It was clean and nice and everything we needed to relax between and after games. Convenient to Renton and Tukwila.

Best House Ever

This was a fantastic home! The house was spacious as we were a family of 7 for a week. The view from the deck was incredible. The owner was very thoughtful, leaving some accessories for us to use, snacks, wine, fresh flowers, and more. Most importantly, the owner was readily available by email and by phone with a quick response. We had trouble with the oven (all fantastically modern appliances) and the owner helped immediately. Would recommend this to anyone going to Seattle. I hope to go again sometime!

Truly charming vacation house with great lakeview straight from your bedrooms

We booked this rental house because we love the feature picture of this property. The view of Lake Washington is awesome and you can enjoy it from the deck and from the master bedroom. There are a lot of activities in the lake and I observed at least 3 small air planes taking off and landing (on the water) within half an hour. Enough distance makes this a quite place. In addition to the lake view, you can also see Boeing field with new jets are painting for the final delivery. The host is nice and courteous. We were given many good advices on where to eat in the nearby area and Seattle. We enjoyed her recommendation of Feast buffet (with lobsters and crabs) and restaurants at Landing (We went to Exit 5 Korean BBQ). We also explored nearby Bahama Breeze and Crab Pot in downtown Seattle. All these restaurants are great. If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you need. We went to nearby grocery stores (Safeway and others) to shop the raw materials like eggs, fruits, water, and beers. BTW, there is a complimentary red wine as a greeting gift for you. The location is great, especially 15 minutes to SEA airport is a great plus. The house is clean and well-organized. Our one week stay in this property is a great relaxing and enjoyable experience.
